I'm unable to connect my phone to Bluetooth on my Windows 10 laptop but Windows 10 is able to connect to A50 via Bluetooth. I'm able to connect to other Bluetooth devices such as headphones/speakers and other phones. Googled it and found that this issue persists with most of the Samsung phones not just A50. Any advise on this please ?

Error on Samsung A50 while connecting to Windows 10: Couldn't Connect/Couldn't pair.
