Software issue

My Samsung A53 has a feature called "Keep screen on while viewing." The long I will keep looking at the screen, it will not go dark(Off). This feature doesn't work at all in my Samsung A53 device. Samsung should look into the matter. If they are providing any feature in their device that feature should work anyway.

I tryed the same feature on different Galaxy devices and non of device it worked 😂

Right. It's not expected a company like Samsung. They should try to optimise their
software to get the problem be solved anyway.

Yeah true. The same feature was there on my HONOR play device unlike samsung it worked very well.
