I started facing auto restart issues in Samsung Galaxy A33 phone. I went to service centre they told me motherboard has gone because of shortcircuit it has to be replaced and cost would Rs. 9400. I used to get one message saying the below in attached image when it used to  restart after many many attempts. I searched on google and saw majority samsung A and M series users are facing the same autorestart issue. They said it is because of exynos proccesor and software update bug where motherboard harware is not functioning. Some people told to contact samsung helpline number they can solve the problem but they denied it saying it hardware issue. The service centre engineers do not know about latest bug in updates and problems faced by their customers. They are just randomly saying motherboard issue and asking for users to replace with cost to bear from users side. It's Samsung's issue overall and hiding bug of yours and looting users in the name of motherboard gone issue. Heights it is pathetic exynos proccesor. Cheap quality used in phones. No adpater provided when phones are bought. Heating issues. Samsung phones are not worth buying waste of Rs. 26000 I spent buying their phone. It lags also processor is not upto the mark at all. Samsung should give quality in their product with what they are pricing they are already giving very low specs and other things than other companies and not even giving quality. Software bug their customer service centre and helpline nos. Are saying as hardware issue. They are just looting users in India. Very bad quality of phones and service. I bought a new phone just because samsung refused to do the hardware free of cost as it was not in warranty and phone was at very good condition and only 1 year and 5 month old. Their phones are not durable at all. Third class quality of phones, hardware and software. Spent 30k nearly trying to solve the phone issue and buying a new motorola phone. Completely harrassed by samsung and it's pathetic service. Never going to buy any product of samsung again you lost a loyal customer.

I have already shared concern but your company wasn't ready to admit it's software bug issue. Instead making out of warranty excuses #samsungfraudsters #samsunglooters

Even I'm facing the same issue in my Samsung galaxy A33 5G mobile. Because of software update they ask us to pay the money to resolve the problem. And now I'm facing same issue in S22 ultra I don't know what should I do now. Better switch to best brand with best quality of the product. here after I'm not going to buy Samsung product for sure. The sad part is in my family everyone using Samsung product. I expect more from Samsung but they disappoint us. Here after I'm not going to suggest Samsung for anyone.
