Why is it that since after the recent firmware update, there is now a problem with sim cards, the devixe can only recognize sim1? Is Samsung looking into this?

Toggle SIM Settings: Go to Settings > Connections > SIM Manager and ensure both SIMs are toggled ON. Reset Network Settings: Navigate to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Mobile Network Settings. This will reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth as well. Factory Reset: As a last resort, a full factory reset has resolved the issue for some, though it does not work for everyone if the firmware itself is the core problem.
