A35 network issue

Has anyone had an issue with a sim card on A35, it first says "Sim 1 not allowed " then it shows the signal bar and says " Emergency calls only". The sim card works on other phones. And I have another sim card of a different network working on this A35.

I have tried resetting the network settings and restarting the phone but nothing. Also checked the diagnostics of the sim tray and it says it works fine.

Can someone suggest something I can try ?

I tried to check on those IMEI checking website and they show the sim card is not blacklisted or anything

Or you get your fone on loan ,you can call your carrier, where you get fone
