Hi all,

I am using A14 5g. I don't find screen resolution option in settings. Also i couldn't stream 4k videos on youtube.

Can anyone tell me what is the issue?

Is there any solution for this?

Thanks!

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we have checked and found that your device does support Video playing Resolution UHD 4K (3840 x 2160)@30fps. So, your device is eligible for the 4k video resolution but the contact also should support 4k resolution. However, you can check the screen resolution option in the device setting by following the below-mentioned Steps.

Path: Settings.> Display> Screen resolution.

In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
