Screen light setting Galaxy A30

I have some question 

My phone is Samsang Galaxy A30, I found some error , during a call some times screen light will not light up after it take out from ear

Is this a fault or can I control this in user setting. Please help me

I do this test. when issue occur it is getting vibrate continually. hope its issue

don't know bro only Samsung knows either the sensor is poorly calibrated or sensor is of poor quality. i had never faced such an issue in my previous devices.

just wave or tap the proximity sensor of your device if you get a vibration feedback and the display turn green then the sensor is absolutely working fine

if everything appear same like mine then the problem is in the software not in the sensor

its vibrate continually once get off the hand too

its display chart with three lines with three colours and divice get vibrate continually

Check if values of proximity sensor change as you move your hand close to the sensor. Check light sensor as well.

Whatever the result is, try and remember about any app you installed recently and remove them, and reboot the phone.

No luck? Next try would be a factory reset.

If the sensor values aren't changing, and reboot or reset don't help, then I'd suspect of hardware problem

I did reset too. once it reset issue will sort. but it will happen with again after considerable time

i have already tested that, proximity sensor is not that reponsive as used in other brands

if you putted any glass protection in the display then make sure it have a cut for all sensors including camera sensor
