Bugs related to Power Saving Mode, Edge Panel

I have Samsung Galaxy A14
Query 1. I have turned off my power saving mode. But still, when i try to change my homescreen wallpaper a message pops up saying "can't change this setting while Power Saving Mode in ON". 

Query 2. I updated my software today (updated to Android 14, One UI Home 6.1) and now, the Edge Panel is disabled and I cannot access Edge Panel even in settings app.

Query 3. My app screen where all the apps can be seen, used to have a dark/black background but now it is similar to my homescreen background.
And my lock screen has a black background even though i had customized a wallpaper for the lock screen also.

I even contacted to Samsung Customer Support but they are not able to solve the issues.

Please help me. Thanks

As you are facing multiple issues on your device, kindly share the log file. Also, share video clips and images for better understanding. This will help us to investigate further and resolve this issue.

Path: Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
