Screen Problem with Galaxy A31

Since I bought my phone, I noticed a purple cloud appearing on my phone when unlocking my WhatsApp on low brightness and especially when watching a dark colour scene in a film on low brightness, The purple cloud is visible. Can anyone please tell me if it is a hardware problem or a software problem?

You can check for software updates on your device, if there aren't any you can take the device to the service center for an assessment.

Check in vibrance in Display mode. It might be because of allowing a less bright screen. Hope it works
