Galaxy A
Hi Samsung Community,
I'm using a Samsung Galaxy A54 5G. I recently replaced the screen after accidentally breaking the original one. Since the replacement, I've noticed that the screen occasionally freezes and becomes unresponsive. When this happens, I have to restart the phone to get it working again — and after a restart, everything functions normally until it freezes again.
Could anyone help me figure out what might be causing this issue? Is it a hardware problem from the replacement, or could it be software-related?
Thanks in advance for your help!

Most probably, it's because generic screens can cause incompatible issues with the circuitry attached to the cords of the screen, which is usually essential to ensure proper clarity and touch sensitivity. If possible, maybe try to get the original screen from eBay.

Probably not a Samsung screen. Try ordering from reputable places (even online) replace the one you have now
