Galaxy A73 running hot with regular use

I have a problem, my samsung galaxy as of recently has started getting hot with just regular use and i don't know why. This is new, it started this year and it drains my battery very quickly. Just scrolling on tiktok makes it very hot, browsing on Instagram, twitter, and watching youtube. It has been getting very hot that tiktok is burned onto my screen now. Any clues on what the issue might be.

Brother man. I have an idea of what you're going through and I think I can help.
1.Check for background apps: Sometimes apps run in the background and cause heating and battery drain. Go to Settings > Battery > Battery usage to see which apps are consuming the most power.

2. Update your apps & system: Make sure your phone’s software and apps (especially TikTok, Instagram, etc.) are fully updated. Developers often fix bugs that cause excessive power use.

3. Clear app cache: For apps like TikTok, clearing the cache can help. Go to Settings > Apps > TikTok > Storage > Clear Cache
This can go for any other app. (Youtube, Facebook, WhatsApp etc)

Reduce animations and also change the refresh rate from 120Hz to 60Hz. This will save battery life.

The app that drains the most battery is tiktok, and youtube because i use them the most, but even if i haven't opened those apps the battery still drains like crazy. My phone is updated to the latest software and all apps are up to date aswell, i can't figure out what the issue might be, i don't have apps that run in the background or anything but still the phone drains battery like crazy, it gets hot with normal use, and it lags soo much, even clearing cache doesn't help😕

Note the current battery level. Switch off the phone immediately. Come back hours later. Switch on the phone. By how much % did the battery level decrease?
