My phone is Galaxy A14 5G and samsung chat support are saying it is not compatible. I want to mirror the screen on my Windows laptop and also on my LG smart TV, so my money got wasted. Even though I have the latest phone, you can not give me this old feature.
Is Samsung really progressing or going back to the old days? #samsung #screencast

The Screen Cast option might be missing due to various reasons. Since your phone is a 5G device, let's try the following steps to enable Screen Cast:

Method 1: Enable Screen Cast from Settings
1. Go to *Settings*.
2. Scroll down and select *Connections*.
3. Tap *More connection settings*.
4. Look for *Screen Cast* or *Screen Mirroring* and toggle it *On*.

Method 2: Enable Screen Cast from Quick Settings
1. Swipe down from the top of the screen to access *Quick Settings*.
2. Look for the *Screen Cast* or *Screen Mirroring* icon.
3. If you don't see it, tap the *pencil icon* to edit the Quick Settings.
4. Add the *Screen Cast* or *Screen Mirroring* tile to the Quick Settings panel.

Method 3: Check for Software Updates
1. Go to *Settings*.
2. Scroll down and select *Software update*.
3. Tap *Download and install* to check for updates.

Method 4: Reset Settings
1. Go to *Settings*.
2. Scroll down and select *General management*.
3. Tap *Reset*.
4. Select *Reset settings*.

If none of these methods work, it's possible that the Screen Cast feature is not available on your device due to hardware or software limitations. You can try contacting your device manufacturer's support for further assistance.

No bro, I tried, but I didn't find that option anywhere. Even in Samsung WhatsApp chat, they said that it is only for flagship phones.

It seems that the Screen Cast feature might be exclusive to Samsung's flagship devices. Samsung's support team would have the most accurate information about device-specific features.

Since you've already confirmed with Samsung's WhatsApp support, it's likely that your device doesn't support the Screen Cast feature.

However, you can explore alternative screen mirroring methods, such as:

1. Smart View: A built-in feature on Samsung devices that allows screen mirroring to compatible TVs or streaming devices.
2. Google Chromecast: A separate device that can mirror your screen to a TV or streaming device.
3. Third-party screen mirroring apps on Google play store 👍🙏

Yes, I also tried third party apps like Google but it did not work in that too. You should check, the cast option is already missing on YouTube

If all the options has already done...do factory data reset.
