After one ui 8 update missing some options

Dear Samsung,

 I am facing a problem after getting my Samsung A35 One UI 8 stable update at the Samsung Service Center. When the stable update came out, I did not get the stable One UI 8 update, and on the same day, 2 other friends of mine got the update; both of them had Samsung A35 phones.

 I think I accidentally opted out of the beta program a few weeks ago; by then I had already gotten the 2nd beta software. That is probably why beta 3 did not come out, so I went to the Samsung Service Center. They said, "We will push whatever is new to us." Then a few hours later I checked that the phone had gotten the stable One UI 8 update. There was no beta notification after powering on. I am happy.

 But after checking the details, many small options are not showing up.

 Please mention the missing details below.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
