Dear Samsung Customer Support,

Thank you for your response. However, I must express strong dissatisfaction with the generic troubleshooting tips provided. We did not pay ₹46,000 for a device only to live with limitations, restrictions, and precautions that feel more like managing an old or faulty device than using a premium smartphone.

This isn’t acceptable for a device marketed as a "premium mid-range" phone.

Let me be very clear:

We purchased the Galaxy A55 to use it at its full potential, not to constantly manage overheating, battery drain, and poor performance by disabling features and closing apps every few minutes. If we wanted to compromise on experience, we could’ve bought a budget phone at half the price.

Here's what we demand:

  • Fix all the issues mentioned in our post via software updates. These include:
    • Overheating problems
    • Poor system optimization
    • Missing full charge alert
    • Lack of daily data usage stats
    • No AI features
    • Battery drain
    • No Samsung DeX (despite your reply, many users have confirmed it is not available on this model)
    • Bloatware notifications
    • Poor camera performance
    • No stable One UI 7 update rollout yet
    • Basic 5G experience
    • Poor update policy vs cheaper phones

None of these are unreasonable requests for the price we paid. We are not asking for miracles — just for a phone that delivers on the value Samsung promised when pricing this model so high.

Also, please stop telling users to perform a long checklist of manual steps just to keep the phone usable. This is not a diseased device; it’s a ₹46,000 product, and it should work efficiently without these many constraints.

Our Message Is Clear:

We will not compromise on a single point mentioned in the original post. All these must be fixed in upcoming updates. If Samsung can promise 7 years of updates and flagship features for the S-series, the A-series deserves better too—especially when priced close to flagship territory.

Please don’t brush this off with template replies. We’re raising a genuine concern from real, paying customers—and we’re not alone.

And finally — DO NOT CHEAT US.

Don’t advertise half-baked features.
Don’t cut corners on optimization.
Don’t ignore user feedback.
We demand improvements, not excuses.

Let’s hope Samsung listens and responds with meaningful action. This post is not just feedback—it’s a collective voice that deserves to be heard.

Exactly bro, and that’s the problem — if this is their “policy,” it clearly shows they value marketing over fairness. Using A-series as a bait just to push people toward S-series is a manipulative strategy. We aren’t asking for flagship features, just fair and timely updates for capable devices. Samsung is lazy a$$ for old customers, always traping for new customers,now they want to improve S25 series sales by hyping One UI 7 , intentionally delaying OneUI7 updates for older phones, they won't bother about old customers

True words bro. Samsung’s focus seems more on marketing and sales rather than loyalty and long-term support. Delaying One UI 7 for old or even recent midrange phones while hyping it on newer ones shows how they trap new buyers. If we don’t speak up now, they’ll keep this cycle going. So far I was using Apple Phone. Just 2 months back I did a huge mistake by switching to SCAMSUNG. 

Reason behind why Apple beat Samsung to become The Number One Smart Phone Brand


1. It releases update for all it's eligible models on the same day unlike Samsung who is releasing it Model/Series wise in phases.


2. It gives every single model to test it's beta versions unlike SCAMSUNG who is giving this opportunity to some selected models only.


3. Apple respects the Value of it's customers whether it is in terms of services or providing support.


Apple keeps it's promises by announcing One Date for Software Update on Apple Events.


I think, its time for SCAMSUNG to learn from APPLE and become SAMSUNG Again.

Totally agree with you. Apple may be expensive, but they at least value user experience and transparency. Samsung, on the other hand, makes capable hardware but limits features and updates just to push premium models. It’s frustrating as a customer to be stuck in this ecosystem. Hope they wake up before more users jump ship!

I recently bought S24FE thinking it as a premium device. But SAMSUNG frustrated me badly. They keep S24FE away from S Series.
On the other hand every iphone SE model given every single update and testing beta versions. Thats the beauty of Apple Devices. They make their every single model as premium model.

Absolutely agree! S24FE has great hardware but Samsung limits it unfairly. Apple treats even SE models equally with updates and betas — that’s real value. Samsung should stop this series bias.

I bought S24+ mobile , im facing camera hung issue in portrait mode, and it's take ages to process a photo, if I use 5 mins camera heat issue, if a play games phone back side ia like a pan.
