I am experiencing a charging issue with my Samsung Galaxy A55 5G, where it automatically switches between Super Fast Charging and Fast Charging while plugged in.
I visited Samsung Care, and they took multiple steps to fix the issue, including: ✔ Replacing my charger and cable ✔ Updating the software ✔ Changing my phone’s charging strip
Despite these efforts, the issue still persists. It does not happen all the time, but when it does, it occurs repeatedly. The service center mentioned that this might be a software glitch, as multiple A55 5G users have reported the same issue.
I am attaching a video as proof. Please review this and provide a permanent solution, whether through a software update or any other fix.
I think, many reports are issued globally regarding the charging and camera blunders. Still, Samsung has no concern about the midrange it users’ priority. A55 is the worst device of A series till date.
Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon.
