Samsung galaxy a80 calling problem after update

Yesterday i update my galaxy a80 to Android 11 one ui3.1 and now I'm facing problems regarding calling, there is no sound in calls, ui is freezing,  did anyone else felt the same issue?

Same issue, but it become good after clear cache partition, but not good solution

Me too facing the same problem of phone hanging up after receiving the call for about 12 secs.

Tried Wipe Cache Partition. method it worked but only for a few mins. after that problem again started.

 

Please help .. Im very frustated as im losing many calls as the caller cuts the call when he/she is unbale to get any response for a couple of secs after calling me.

But sir this dosent solves our problem. Please help.

 

The problem is not with the network, its with the software update as we are facing this problem on both the sims and at all the locations. 

 

Please help this is making a lot of mess, my phone is literally of no use since i updated the software.

Hi, i have tried all this and have also spoke to customer care they tried to dignose the problem using SMART TUTOR, but no results.

 

After that they asked to run the phone in SAFE MODE, and said if the problem is still there it means its the problem with the phone or its software and not with any third party app. 

 

I tried it as well but had to face the same problem.

 

Please address this soonest possible.
