A35 network issue while gaming

So the problem is when I enter a match I get notification saying network error I have tried calling of duty ,bgmi , free fire and call of duty warzone every online games faces this issue 

At first I thought it the problem of sim but I tried the same game on other phone by Inserting my sim(jio) into the other phone it worked smooth and there is other point I tried and other company sim(airtel) in my phone it worked ,but my sim doesn't work while gaming on this phone but works fine other phones so it's not the problem of sim that's for sure .

Please help samsung really help is needed there are lots of people facing same issues please help 🙏

Yes it's update problem.

if it is an update problem it will be fixed withing 1-2 weeks ig
also a36 just launched so the compnay just wants you to buy it wait sometime and also update your phone after 3-4weeks whenever an update comes

Doesn't help, I have even visited customer service center but they say they need to update some software to my phone which may solve but I'll loose all my data which is of 100gb I can't store it somewhere else because I don't have any other device.
