Samsung a20 proximity sensor problem

When I calling someone my Samsung Galaxy a20 s proximity sensor is not working because its accuracy & sensitivity is so poor please fix it

Try to change your temper glase , may be it is covering the sensor

how you know this , does you tested the sensor and its value output from test mode??

You can test it and Galaxy a20 has actually a real Proximity sensor but it uses "Samsung ear hover" which is a totally crap software proximity "sensor"

You can test the original one by going to dialer then write 

*#77962#

And tap on "Proximity On"

Then try pass your hand near camera and you'll see it actually works ..

I hope Samsung fixes this on a future update ..

'*#77962#' produces error "Connection problem or invalid MMI code" for me on my A20e.  Anyone know a working code ?
