Samsung Galaxy A54 issues with WhatsApp calls

Samsung Galaxy A54 having issues with video calls and voice calls in WhatsApp messenger after the one UI 6.0 update calls can't be heard when on loud speaker when changed to normal speaker call is clear please fix this issue

Contact Samsung by opening the Members app, go to Support on the bottom right corner and scroll untill you see Error Report. Click on it and follow the steps

Thank you for reaching out Vijen1608, and apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Please clear the cache of the app.

To clear an app's cache:

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Apps.
4. Select the sort by icon next to 'Your apps'.
5. Select the switch next to 'Show system apps' and select OK.
6. Select the app you'd like.
7. Select Storage.
8. Select Clear cache.

Then soft reset your device. Press and holding the power and volume down buttons until the device restarts ( this will not erase data, it is just to reboot the device)

If the issue persists you can also reset app preferences;

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Apps.
4. Select the menu icon in the top right hand corner.
5. Select Reset app preferences.
6. Select Reset.

I am facing the same issue after One UI 6 update in a54. Even after factory reset,, the issue persists.

I am having the exact same issue after one UI 6 update on my Galaxy a54. Sent the log files to customer care. But no solution yet.

Same problem in a54 from one year ago when I bought it same problem in whatsapp loudspeaker can't hear clearly and still no solution yet!!!!
