Ever since my device update to Andriod ten I've been having multiple issues. My phone now won't charge while on and when offit comes up with the charger caution sign. I have a original Samsung A50 charger. Even bought another one and it's not working. It's not my port issue or it wouldn't charge while off either. I hate this and I am beginning to hate Samsung! Fix this,
Go for a 'live- chat' with Samsung experts. I think it's not the problem of the update. Goto battery settings and try switching between fast charging and normal charging.
