Samsung A50 Fingerprint not Working

Good day Guys, I recently updated my Samsung A50 to Android 10, now the fingerprint is not working

Does anyone know how I can fix this?
 Help me out guys

Please clear cache of the software update : settings>> general management>> reset >> reset network settings

 

Then 

please perform a soft reset of your device.

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

*The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.

I have tried everything you said, the problem is still there (fingerprint Sensor calibration needed)

if you are using force dark mode switch it off and re register your fingerprints.
