Got an A16 last year December. It had a problem when I unlock the phone with fingerprint reader. Sometimes telling me to wipe finger or reader, then sometimes just saying the fingerprint reader is not responding. When tapping on a app on the homescreen, it does not open the app. It waits for about a second and then the long press menu comes up. After that it wants to move the app icon, without me touching the screen. Send the phone in and the screen was replaced. Same fault after receiving the phone back. Send phone back again and this time the whole main board was replaced. Received my phone yesterday and still the same problem. Could it be a software issue? I had an A12 for 4 years with same apps and never one day any problems. I am somewhat dissapointed with A16. Already cleared the cache, still the fault remains. Anybody else with same problem? It somehow feels like the new security update could be the problem, since the phone was working better and faster before the update.

Return it and request a new device. They've failed all other measures.

I got my galaxy a16 in late January and I have been using it all the time and I have not had 1 single problem with it.
