Samsung A21s doesnt have secure folder

Hi,

I bought samsung A21s recently after made sure this model has Knox security. But in mobile secure folder option itself is not there in settings/notification bar options.

When I tried to install it from play store I am getting error "your device isnt compatible with this version". What is this? Completely disappointed!

I need secure folder, can anybody let me know how to install or utilize it?

I also tried but failed so I installed s secure n locked the folder..... Samsung should provide it's alternate

yes, your device supports knox security version 3.5..but at the same time..it runs on one ui core..s

by anyway, can we create a safe and seperate environment like secure folder for apps through knox?

Guys , if you are not sure about any feature then it is always better to visit samsung official shop and cross check.
Also why buy devices like A21s, A31 when better options in similar price range are available.

yes a21s has knox security but run by core ui secure folder you can't intstall or download in your device
