Samsung A21s doesnt have secure folder

Hi,

I bought samsung A21s recently after made sure this model has Knox security. But in mobile secure folder option itself is not there in settings/notification bar options.

When I tried to install it from play store I am getting error "your device isnt compatible with this version". What is this? Completely disappointed!

I need secure folder, can anybody let me know how to install or utilize it?
