Secure folder not working

My samsung A15 secure folder not opening pls help me

check if you have turned off secure folder on the quick panel.

Please clear catche of this app also turn on it's on Quick panel too then try to it's again. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also,click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
