Samsung A20 false overheating warning

So i got my A20 two days ago, pretty good phone, but everytime I listen to music it shows a warning that the phone is overheating ! Frustrating. 

My phone is not overheating, it's cold and it happens even even if I'm just listening to music with the screen off, so this is a software bug. Does anybody has this issue? Did the last August update fixed it for you ? Cause I didn't recieved the update yet.

You mobile has been hacked.

My phone won’t even allow a charge because it believes it hot when it’s cold.

We have the same problem bro. I went to a technician and he told me to go to the samsung service center because its a software error he said.  But try to factory reset your phone. Or force restart. Just tap the volume down and power button at the same time for like 10 sec. In my case it didnt cured my overheating problem 100% . I think only 90% because i still encounter that overheating issue every once in a while.
