Rear camera problem

Some loose parts noise is coming from Rear camera of my galaxy A8 star while shaking the handset. So I want to know about that is a problem or it is by default camera as told me by engineer samsung service center.

So pls tell me ..

because of live focus and dual camera, some of the model cameras get noisy while shaking...it is default

but when I purchased this new handset I never noticed this type of sound.

go to the service center......and they will replace the camera module.....I had the same exact problem and samsung replaced the module in just 2 days ........fantastic service
