If you're having trouble with widgets not loading or crashing on the home screen after an update, try this
1. Go to Settings > Apps > One UI Home
2. Tap 'Storage'
3. Clear Cache and then Clear Data (don’t worry, it won’t delete your home layout)
 4. Restart your phone This fixed it for me. Hope it helps someone out there!

Hey! The A32 4G has limited update support. Make sure you're on the latest firmware via Settings > Software Update. You can also use Smart Switch on PC to check for updates. If it's still not updating, Samsung may have ended major updates for that model

So there's no way I can unlock the security policy?

Unfortunately, unlocking the security policy isn’t possible unless the device is rooted, which isn’t recommended as it voids warranty and may cause issues. Best to keep using Smart Switch and check Samsung's update policy for your model

Sure! Download Smart Switch on your PC, connect your phone via USB, then open Smart Switch. It’ll check for any available updates automatically. Let me know if you need help with the setup!
