I recently bought new a36 2 days back but there is problem while using the WhatsApp during voice and video call. The app does not respond and sometimes I am about the change the video viewing mode in the WhatsApp. I am also not able to change the position of the app on the screen. Did not expected such issues in samsung phone.
What should I do , please suggest.
