Clean the mic (bottom hole). Test with Voice Recorder. If no sound, mic may be damaged or blocked by your case.

Remove SIM, clean it gently, insert again. Try the SIM in another phone. If still no signal, your SIM might be faulty or your SIM tray is damaged.

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your device wi-fi dropping issue.

Note: Before troubleshooting your device, you want to make sure that your cellphone is the only one having this problem on your WiFi connection. If all devices are having wifi issues, then you want to contact your internet provider as the issue is not with your device but most likely with your WiFi connection.

1. Navigate to the app's screen > Tap on Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi > Tap on the Wi-Fi network > Tap and hold the Wi-Fi network that you're having trouble with until the menu allows you to select Forget Network.
2. If the issue has not been resolved then restart the router and Mobile Device.

3. If the issue is still not been resolved, Reset the device:
IMPORTANT:
• Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
• Remember google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
• If you do not remember it, then reset, (Forgot password) your google account.
• For this: Open Gmail (https://accounts.google.com/servicelogin) > forgot password >Select ""try another way"" > Next > Enter a new password > Next.

Please follow the below steps to reset the device:
