Sim issue after recent update

I purchased my Samsung A35 in February 2025, and it was working perfectly until the most recent software update. Since the update, I’ve been facing serious issues with my SIM cards (dual SIM setup).

When using SIM 1, I can only make and receive calls. Mobile data and SMS are not working.

When I insert SIM 2, SIM 1 stops working completely, showing “No service,” and under Settings → Connections → Mobile Networks, all options are greyed out and cannot be changed.


I have already:

Tested both SIM cards in other phones — they work fine.

Tested other SIMs in my phone — they work fine.

Performed a factory reset and used Smart Switch for software recovery.

Visited a Samsung service center, where they updated the software again — but the issue persists.


I found online that several other A35 users are also facing the network connection and SIM related issues after the recent update. It seems this could be a software bug introduced in the latest patch.

Please confirm whether Samsung is aware of this issue and when a fix can be expected. Many users including myself have already missed important calls and messages due to this problem.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members App as a error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update it's maybe fix it by Samsung team soon. Hey I have same issue I have Samsung galaxy A26 and my device running one UI 8.0 and I have jio SIM cards and I am I am not be able to send SMS on my SIM 1 I have tried to insert sim on another device it is working and I will change the slot on my same sim card on sim 2 it is same issue facing I don't know why if anyone has reason and no about what is problem and how to fix it please tell

Network issue 😑 after the uodate i try very hard but not solve my problem i try to solve many time but not successful network issue is very bad experience for me I am a soldier but this is so dissappointed for me I can't talk to anyone
