I like to thank @Babai1995 for the post how to solve the issue. I follow the same one i write to samsung India CEO within half an hour i got a call from Samsung head office regarding the issue I clearly explain that issue to them. He told me to submit the device to the nearest service centre for examination for finding the physical damage. After examination there is no physical damages so they proceed further. They forward the complain to other higher department after 2 days I am getting a approval for free screen replacement the screen is not available in my city so it takes a week to get it,from Samsung side they regularly update the progress through call.
Finally i paid ₹180 for Device examination. And ₹413 for labour charge because my device is not in warranty.

I have been contacting customer service for the past 3 weeks. They initially contacted me and asked to provide the job sheet. When I checked with the service centre, they mentioned they could provide the free replacement. But later they said that since my phone is from abroad, it can't be done. How can an international brand like Samsung tell such a reason that the display can't be changed since it's from abroad. The display issue is a widespread issue, right? It's not specific to a certain samsung model in a certain region. It's occurring to almost every s22 model phone. Still, they are blaming that since its not from India, we can't provide the free replacement. Also, during last year, I changed the display from India after paying the full cost. Display didn't even last 1 year. Which shows poor quality. My phone doesn't have any physical or water damage
