I like to thank @Babai1995 for the post how to solve the issue. I follow the same one i write to samsung India CEO within half an hour i got a call from Samsung head office regarding the issue I clearly explain that issue to them. He told me to submit the device to the nearest service centre for examination for finding the physical damage. After examination there is no physical damages so they proceed further. They forward the complain to other higher department after 2 days I am getting a approval for free screen replacement the screen is not available in my city so it takes a week to get it,from Samsung side they regularly update the progress through call.
Finally i paid ₹180 for Device examination. And ₹413 for labour charge because my device is not in warranty.

@vijay_surender I have contacted customer support, and they have directed me to the service center in Forum Vadapalani. When I contacted them, they told me they can not do it for free replacement. Which model is yours.
