If your device heats up in the battery area, then your battery health is poor, and must get it checked.

If your device heats up in the top half. Then that's normal overheating which can be solved by:

• Limiting CPU usage, by Battery save mode.
• Lower Brightness,
• Keep away from sunlight for extended periods of time.
• Don't charge and use your device.
• Make sure you run on 4G rather than 5G.
• Turn off Bluetooth, WiFi, Mobile data, and flash light when not needed.
