Kindly Practice these simple tips to optimize performance:
1
Turn off connectivity options.
Turn off the Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and other connectivity options when not in use.

2
Screen brightness.
Avoid using maximum screen brightness, since it consumes lots of battery.

3
Optimizing app usage.
Close unused applications.

4
Gaming while using mobile data.
Avoid using apps on mobile data and playing graphic-intensive videos or games for a longer duration.

5
Use the correct charger.
Always use a genuine Samsung charger for your device.

Note: Avoid using your phone while charging.

6
Unused applications.
Uninstall unused applications from the device.

If it is overheating, kindly visit the neareset service center. To find the closest service center to you, please follow this link: https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/service-center/

we recommend taking the following steps:

Optimizing Battery Settings:

Open your phone settings.
Navigate to "Connections."
Turn off NFC.
Access "More Connection Settings."
Disable Nearby device scanning.
Open "Display Settings."
Enable Adaptive brightness.
Access "Location Settings" and go to "Location Services."
Turn off Wi-Fi and Bluetooth scanning.
In the "Device Care" section, choose "Battery," and adjust background usage limits.
Consider putting unnecessary apps in sleeping mode.
These steps should help optimize your device's battery performance. However, if the issue persists, please consider the following:

Additional Battery Checks:

Ensure you are using an approved charger compatible with your Samsung Galaxy A54. Unapproved chargers or cables can lead to battery-related problems.
Avoid using old chargers from previous devices, as they may not provide the required charging current for your new device.
Verify that the charger being used matches your Galaxy device's required charging current.
When charging, close all running applications and disable mobile data or Wi-Fi to reduce power consumption.
Utilize the Power Saving Mode to further conserve battery life.

Safe Mode Testing:

To identify if any third-party apps are contributing to the battery drain, we recommend using your device in Safe Mode:

Shut down your device and restart it.
As the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the volume down key until the lock screen displays. "Safe Mode" should be visible in the lower-left corner.
Observe your device's battery consumption in Safe Mode for 2-3 hours.
If the issue persists in Safe Mode, it is less likely related to third-party apps.

Battery Diagnostics:

To assess the condition of your device's battery, you can perform a battery test via the Samsung Members application:

Open the Samsung Members app.
Tap "Support."
Select "View Tests."
Initiate the "Test All" option to begin diagnostics.
Should the battery test indicate a need for replacement, we recommend visiting the nearest Samsung service center. To find the nearest service center, please follow this link: https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/service-center/
