On screen fingerprint issue

I bought my samsung a50 (6g/128g)2days ago and i noticed that the on screen fingerprint scanner could not open fast. Sometimes it takes 3 times above to unlock the scree. Could samsung can help this?

I had the same prob too..but then I deleted my fingerprint and added it again on the device..then the prob was solved ..hope this helps

this issue is also with vivo or another phn. screen dirst or finger clean issue see some times.
