I purchased Samsung A71 mobile (SM-A716B/DS – Prism cube Black /128GB - Made in Vietnam) from UAE in 2021 and later shifted to India.  Now, white/green vertical lines appeared on the screen after updating the software.   This also affects the fingerprint sensor area.  My phone has never been dropped/ submerged in water/ tightly placed.  I take extra protection and care to avoid physical damages.   I have updated my phone with the  latest software. Over the next few days, a vertical white line appeared across the screen.  Now, the number of white lines increases after charging the battery.  Surely this issue is caused by software update/manufacturing defects of sumsung company and not by customer faults.  The sumsung company is cheating the customers by intentionally damaging smart phone through software update and looting large amount of money by replacing the screen.   This issue needs to be challenged in Consumer Court of Law/ Hon’ble court of the country.

So, I humbly request you to take possible steps to replace the screen free of cost and to protect the interest of the valued customers.
