Notification sound issue

Not getting notification sounds on Samsung A50S. The notification settings are perfect but from 2 days not getting notification sounds for what's app, messages, Microsoft teams, Microsoft outlook. It works only when the phone is using any application

done the same. got assistance as well but still error persists. all things asked by them done.
