Samsung UI 7 update issue

greetings, hope you're doing well. I wanted to submit an issue about my phone's UI 7 update. it happened back in end of June, when I got the update notification for UI 7. but that time, I had my exams on going so I couldn't update it. later, my phone happen to fall from a high place once and had to send it to the repairer to get it fixed. it took approximately 6 days and after when I received it, the UI 7 update was still there but my sound wasn't working so I sent it back to the repairer and after 3 days, got it back but the UI 7 update wasn't there anymore. I asked the repairer if they updated my phone or not, they said no. ever since then, my camera quality had a downgrade, my phone lags often, sim card is applied but still says phone's switched off if anyone calls and shows other issues. and now, I can't get myself to update my phone to UI 7, even if the model itself is eligible for it. My phone is on UI 6.1 update, I hope you can help me out with this issue somehow.

As per your concern, we would request you kindly check your device network once and make sure your device is properly connected to the internet connection to download the latest software version.

Kindly follow the below steps to update your device software( if available).
Path: Settings-> About phone-> software update.

However, you also can update the software by using Smart Switch. You can open Smart Switch on your Windows PC or Mac, you will see an option to update to a new software version if one is available. kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Step 1. Connect your device to your computer using the USB cable provided with your device.

Step 2. Open Smart Switch on your PC.

Step 3. If a software update is available, Smart Switch will automatically prompt you to update the software or display an option to update.

Step 4. Tap Update and follow the on-screen instructions to download the necessary files and complete the update process.

In case the issue still occurs, please visit the service center for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service center with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/
