Need a proper help regarding this issue.  Whenever I downloaded my January security patch it couldn't be download. My internet proper speed , even afert restarting my phone. It doesn't work.

Clear cache from Recovery mode and retry. Even if it not starts downloading, connect to a wifi network and retry.

If nothing helps, you will need to update through smart switch or factory reset the device and retry

go to settings >general Management >reset>reset network >restart your device then try
