[Issue] Galaxy A34: "Couldn't Download Update" – Security & Reliability Update Fails Hi everyone, I'm using a Samsung Galaxy A34, and I'm currently facing an issue while trying to install the latest Security and Reliability software update (last checked: 9 July 2025). Every time I try to download it, I get the following error: "Couldn't download update – Unable to update the software. A network or server error occurred. Try again later." I've attached a screenshot for reference. What I’ve tried so far: Restarted the phone Tried both Wi-Fi and mobile data Cleared the cache of the Software Update app Ensured there’s enough storage Checked via Smart Switch (says the software is up to date) Attempted Safe Mode update Despite this, the download fails every time. Is anyone else experiencing this on the Galaxy A34? Is this an issue with Samsung’s update server, or is there a workaround that actually works? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks 🙏

Dont worry it happens, wait for some time or visit your nearest service centre, they will update it with a wired connection.
