Samsung has rolled out a new software ubdate for the galaxy a35 it also includes the security batch of 2024 the purpose the samsung realise the ubdate for the galaxy a35 for it's stability and reliability after the ubdate the galaxy a35 slow down issue was slightly reduce while I have been download software 3 days ago in this 3days i fee the galaxy a35 is slightly smoother in multi tasking after this ubdate but the heating issues are still there it becomes a boiler while downloading using camers and playing games and also importantly I didn't get colour screen or colour lines after ubdating the soft ware

we understand that this happened after software update and please believe that this is not the kind of experience we want our customers to have.

Please follow these easy troubleshooting steps which may help in resolving this issue:

● Galaxy device heating issue: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/why-the-device-heats-up-during-use/

→ You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)
