Notification settings are automatically changing to default settings

If I change the notification settings for any Category, It automatically change to default settings after some days.

i.e. 
Settings > Notification > App notification > (select any app) > Notification categories > (now select any category and change it's Sound) > select "Silent
 - after that the settings will be saved.

- But, After some days, you will see that, the settings you saved earlier, has automatically changed to default settings

- It's like the phone forgets the settings after some days.

- Same thing/issue happens with Notification brief too (a.k.a. Notification pop-up style), it automatically changes after some days.


**Don't ask for device log, I don't feel safe sharing my device log. Simulate the situation by reading my posts & descriptions. 
IF YOU REALLY WANT TO FIX IT.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
