Not able to send SMS

Last year I purchased A50 and was using Vodafone sim, everything was working fine. Since I have ported my no. from vodafone to jio in Jan 2020, I am not able to send SMS using jio sim. I have tried all the solutions available on internet, even factory reset and nothing worked. Same jio sim, I checked in other phone, able to send SMS. I have checked in 4-5 other jio sims also, not able to send sms with any of them. Message center is also correctly set.

I have also updated my device multiple times but issue not resolved in any o them.

It's Samsung device issue clearly.

I am not able to use any UPI to do my transactions. It's very frustrating and annoying that basic functionality of mobile phone is missing in your smartphone.

I request Samsung to help in resolving my issues asap.

If logs required for issue analysis, kindly let me know.

just long press on message icon >app info>click on force stop >then click on storage >clear cache and data
restart ur device and check

if not showing the number then call Jio Customer Care and ask the message center number.
