Not able to send sms over wifi or mobile data

I have chat features active. But stii I get option of sending sms as sms.

I do not get option to send sms over wifi or mobile data.

Can anyone check what option do they get?

Bro jisko message krna hai uske paas bhi hona chahiye Google messages app with chat features turned on. Otherwise text will be sent only as an SMS. In short, it's a two sided affair. Ask if your contact has the app and can turn on chat thing.

Also Google Hasn't Rolled Out RCS in India.
