Not able to make or save changes in Word

Hi I have an other problem with my Word as it is going to allow make or save changes need your assistance.

not really sure but before i never had this issue only from few days having this

i recommend you to check with microsoft as u may need to have an account and of course a license to use.

I mean before whenever I use word it never stop me making corrections or from saving specific file but since from few days having this problem and the word doesn't allow to edit any document or save it shows
you can't make any changes . on the other side it gives option to sign in but my Microsoft account is signed in already don't understand what it needs now
