Missed Call and Message Notifications not Showing

Missed call and message notifications are not showing. Messages are showing as a pop-up and immediately disappearing. What should I do?

Issue still happening. Support team gave me some solutions they are didn't work. They gave me final solution as reset device to factory settings.
