as for now use a workaround to rename the file and remove that.docx.pdf and save the file. I guess this issue is due to some issue with the app that downloads the file. Which app giving this issue.

Yes, the calling screen is too laggy after dialing the number screen appears after 1-2 second gap and the mobile hangs at that time. Switching between the app is also too laggy sometimes. Device also gets heating issues.
