Actually I have update my mobile phone (A6+) from 9 to 10 but after update opposite person can't hear my voice but in whats app i can send voice note the I had a conversation with your support team they gave some setup like
Open Settings app.
Tap Apps.
Tap on More settings at the upper right (three-dot icon).
Select Reset app preferences.
Restart your A6+ and check for the problem. at that time issue get solved but after some time i'm facing the same issue, So again contact with support team they ask me to do factor reset even I did that also then which get resolved but after some couple of time again the issue came kindly check all those bugs before hosting in to server due this i'm facing lot of issue and kindly resolve this issue with in a day because with out mobile nothing can do...
