Galaxy ADear Samsung Member,
Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
As per your query, we would request you visit the service centre where your product was previously serviced. They will provide you with all the information in a better way after inspecting the device physically.
Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support

Galaxy ABasically this happens when the repair is done by local vendors or 3rd party service centres.

Galaxy AAccording to my knowledge the problem has occurred due to cheap part used repairs.
If the shop owner have provided aby sort of warranty then go immediately & show them.
Explain the issue to them properly so they can introspect.
